The Little villa on Garda Lake will host you for your holiday in the Villavetro di Gargnano area, immersed in the greenery of olive trees and a short distance from the lake's beaches and the center of Bogliaco.
It consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom for the children which can also be used as a study, a bathroom, a laundry corner, a living room and a kitchen. The lake view from every room will immerse you in a relaxing summer atmosphere but will be outside on the large wooden patio sheltered from the sun
that you will truly enjoy your holiday, a welcoming outdoor area furnished with armchairs and a sofa, a table for outdoor dining and deckchairs for sunbathing, an outdoor kitchen with charcoal barbecue, a pond for bathing your feet, a large garden, and all this in absolute privacy.
The thousand meters of land of the house, completely fenced, also has an entrance with an automatic gate and ample space to park your car, all within a reserved area that cannot be seen from the outside. The lake and the center of Bogliaco can be reached in just 2 minutes by car (1.5km) or with a 15-minute walk, the center of Gargnano is 3 km away and can be reached by car in 5 minutes. We have indicated the real distances of the roads to travel, not the distance as the crow flies.
What you will appreciate most will be the relaxing atmosphere immersed in nature and the privacy that you will enjoy a short distance from the beautiful beaches and the characteristic historic centers of Bogliaco and Gargnano, where you can choose between various restaurants and pizzerias, small shops and various activities such as a boat trip or SUP and windsurfing activities, mountain trips, mountain bike and e-bike rental, horseback riding, the Bogliaco golf course, all in the immediate vicinity.

Die Villa am Gardasee empfängt Sie für Ihren Urlaub in der Gegend von Villavetro di Gargnano, eingebettet im Grün der Olivenbäume und nicht weit von den Stränden des Sees und dem Zentrum von Bogliaco entfernt.
Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Schlafzimmer für die Kinder, das auch als Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden kann, einem Badezimmer, einer Waschküche, einem Wohnzimmer und einer Küche. Der Seeblick von jedem Zimmer aus lässt Sie in eine entspannte Sommeratmosphäre eintauchen, während Sie auf der großen Holzterrasse vor der Sonne geschützt sind
damit Sie Ihren Urlaub wirklich genießen können, einen einladenden Außenbereich mit Sesseln und einem Sofa, einen Tisch zum Essen im Freien und Liegestühle zum Sonnenbaden, eine Außenküche mit Holzkohlegrill, einen Teich zum Fußbaden, einen großen Garten und das alles in absoluter Privatsphäre.
Das tausend Quadratmeter große Grundstück des Hauses ist komplett eingezäunt und verfügt außerdem über einen Eingang mit automatischem Tor und ausreichend Platz zum Parken Ihres Autos, alles innerhalb eines reservierten Bereichs, der von außen nicht einsehbar ist. Sie können die Früchte probieren, indem Sie sie von der Pflanze pflücken, je nach Jahreszeit Erdbeeren, Brombeeren, Feigen, Orangen, und mit dem Öl unserer Olivenbäume kochen
Der See und das Zentrum von Bogliaco sind in nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto (1,5 km) oder mit einem 15-minütigen Spaziergang erreichbar, das Zentrum von Gargnano ist 3 km entfernt und mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben die tatsächlichen Entfernungen der zu befahrenden Straßen angegeben, nicht die Entfernung in der Luftlinie.

La villetta sul lago di Garda vi ospiterà per la vostra vacanza nella località Villavetro di Gargnano, immersa nel verde degli olivi e a poca distanza dalle spiagge del lago e dal centro di Bogliaco.
È composta da una camera matrimoniale e una stanza da letto per i ragazzi che si può utilizzare anche come studio, un bagno, un angolo lavanderia, un salotto e una cucina. La vista lago da ogni stanza vi immergerà in una rilassante atmosfera estiva ma sarà uscendo fuori sull' ampio patio di legno riparato dal sole
che vi godrete veramente la vostra vacanza, un ambiente esterno accogliente arredato con poltrone e divanetto, tavolo per mangiare all' aperto e sdraio per prendere il sole, cucina esterna con bbq a carbonella, il laghetto per bagnare i piedi, un ampio giardino, e tutto questo in assoluta privacy.
I mille metri di terreno della villetta, completamente recintati, contano anche di un entrata con cancello automatico e ampi spazi per parcheggiare la vostra auto, sempre tutto all' interno di un area riservata che non si vede dall' esterno. Potrete assaporare la frutta raccogliendola dalla pianta, a seconda della stagione fragole, ,more, fichi, arance, e cucinare con l' olio dei nostri olivi
Il lago e il centro di Bogliaco si raggiungono in soli 2 minuti di macchina (1,5km) oppure con una passeggiata di 15 minuti, il centro di Gargnano è a 3 km e si raggiunge in macchina in 5 minuti. Abbiamo indicato le distanza reali delle strade da percorrere, Non la distanza in linea d'aria.
